What we process
- Contact form: name, email, enquiry type and your message.
- Commission brief: the same plus company, phone and project details.
- Account: email, name, a cryptographic hash of your password (never the password itself) and the demos you submit.
- Technical data: IP address and browser string, stored with the form entry as spam protection.
There is no analytics, no advertising network, no social button and no tracking pixel on this site. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser makes no request to any third party for them.
Why we process it
- Steps prior to a contract — to answer your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Legitimate interest — site security and spam protection (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Consent — only for optional external media, if you enable it (Art. 6(1)(a)).
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and briefs — 24 months from the last correspondence.
- Accounts — for as long as they are active; deleting an account removes the data.
- Technical security records — up to 12 months.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertisers. Access is limited to our team. The server is located in the European Union. Where a collaboration requires passing data to a partner (a distributor, for instance), we do so under contract and only to the extent necessary.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing of your data, and to data portability. Write to info@darkbridgerecords.eu — we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
