Using the site
You may use this site to read about our work and to send enquiries. Automated harvesting of content, circumventing technical protections, and interfering with the operation of the site are not permitted.
Enquiries and commissions
A submitted form is not a contract. It is a request for a proposal: we reply with a quote covering timing, price and usage scope. A contract exists only once both sides confirm terms in writing.
Prices and payment
Prices are agreed per project. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Changes in scope change the price — we tell you before starting additional work, not on the invoice.
Delivery and rights
Rights in a commissioned work or recording are set out in the individual contract. As a general rule, a studio service is not a transfer of rights, and for commissioned composition the licence scope is stated in writing. See Intellectual Property.
Liability
Site content is provided for information. We work to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is always complete or current — particularly regarding third-party conditions such as tax incentives or platform lists. Verify with official sources before relying on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

These terms may change. The version in force is always published on this page.
