Why this is its own discipline
Electronic music is measured differently. A band record is judged on whether it sounds true; a club track on what it does to a room and the people standing in it. The decisions change accordingly: low-end behaviour, percussive attack, transition length, how much headroom survives on a big rig.
The studio works both ways, often with the same people — so an acoustic score and a club master are not two separate worlds here.
Common questions
Is club mastering different from normal mastering?
Yes. A club master is checked on a large system rather than studio monitors alone: low end that behaves on headphones can swallow an entire track in a room.
Can you record my live set?
Yes — we capture it, tidy the transitions and prepare a master for broadcast or release. If the set contains other people's music, we work through the rights question with you.
